Farmington Estates Subdivision is a 25 year project from start to finish. The initial project was a boundary and topographic survey of 120 acres of farmland. The property then was set up as a planned unit development to conceptually show proposed roadway, utilities and lots within the 120 acre site. The project was completed in 8 phases with a final count of 232 lots. Seig Surveying provided the civil design for all aspects for phases 3 through 8.
