Seig Surveying was selected as the lead civil design for the site development of a new basketball gymnasium for Oldenburg Academy working in conjunction with Bruns-Gutzwiller and SHP. The project involved collaborating with architects, contractors and the project owner to provide an existing site survey, demolition plan, locate the new structure on the site, parking lot design, site grading, utility infrastructure layout and storm sewer design. Seig Surveying also provided construction engineering services for the build of the project.
