Seig Surveying was hired by DBL Law from Covington, KY to work with Dearborn County Hospital and St Elizabeth Hospital to provide a 2016 ALTA/NSPS Land Title Survey of the overall Dearborn County Hospital Campus to identify any title issues and establish solutions for the transfer of the existing real estate. Secondary services were supplied to correct title issues with the State of Indiana right of way, an original survey to correct occupational encroachments over boundary lines and establish a condominium survey for a five story building to be occupied by Community Mental Health, Inc. and St. Elizabeth.
